The National Association of Form 1099 Filers, Inc. is a non-profit association organized to promote communication among members of the payer community who must respond to the demands of state and federal information reporting requirements.
The Association is dedicated to providing its membership with timely educational seminars and other resources devoted to tax information reporting policy issues.
The goals of the Association are to enhance interaction among members of the payer community and to provide an additional forum for communication between members and state and federal taxing authorities.
Earn the CIRF Credential
The Certified Information Reporting Filer (CIRF) credential recognizes a high degree of expertise in the specialized area of tax information reporting. Certification is based on a written examination administered by NAF 1099 Filers and on the applicant's work experience with Form 1099 reporting. The CIRF credential is a significant achievement in professional development for anyone in the highly regulated field of tax information reporting.
